Before During and After
Before: The 1920's was the time period when the U.S. was more than prosperous but that ended in October of 1929 when the stock market crashed.
During: Conditions during the Great Depression were the worst people had seen in the United States at the time. This could be because middle class people weren't accustomed to being in extreme poverty but minorities were. After: Even after the Great Depression was over, the U.S. still had a hard time getting out of such an economic crash. But because conditions did improve people considered the Great Depression to be over
